About Session
At 3XN/GXN, we aim for a low-carbon future through the circular economy, transforming ‘waste’ into tomorrow’s buildings. Our QQT ‘upcycled skyscraper’ project saved 12,000 tonnes of carbon by retaining much of the existing structure. We will highlight the benefits and challenges of involving technical and design architects early, improving connectivity with consultants, and using digital tools for early environmental and economic assessments. Case studies on the Euston Tower and Gracechurch projects in London will illustrate our evolving digital processes. Success hinges on empowering colleagues to adopt new workflows effectively.
